BRS Government failed in all fronts
BJP State president and Union Minister for Tourism, Culture and Development of North- Eastern Region G. Kishan Reddy alleged that the BRS Government in the state has totally failed in fulfilling its promises and meeting the aspirations of the people.
Addressing a gathering after admitting Palakurthi ZPTC member Kandula Sandhya Rani and others in the presence of party election organising committee chairman Etala Rajender and National Committee member Vivek Venkataswamy at party office here on Wednesday, Kishan Reddy said that BRS leaders not talking about development in the state and instead depending on money to win elections. “The BRS has failed to implement promises like double bed room houses to the poor, loan waiver to farmers, Dalit Bandhu, Girijan Bandhu and three acres land to dalits. No 25 paise interest loan to Self Help Groups (SHGs), no fee reimbursement to students and Arogya Sri to the needy. A silent wave is on in the state and people are going to vote for the BJP in the coming elections,” said Kishan Reddy adding that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has backstabbed the unemployed by failing to hold the recruitment examinations properly and resulting in the suicides of unemployed.
“How AICC leader Rahul Gandhi can come and seek votes from the people of Telangana? The same Congress party was responsible for injustice in water, funds and jobs leading to the separate state agitation. 369 agitators were killed by the Congress party in 1969 Telangana agitation. About 1,200 youth have sacrificed their lives as the Congress has delayed formation of Telangana. The Congress party was totally corrupt and has no moral right to visit in Telangana,” said the Union Minister.
Accusing that both the Congress and BRS are family centric parties, Kishan Reddy said that corruption has reached the top under KCR rule. Referring to the Congress rule in the neighbouring Karnataka, the Minister said that it has failed to implement the ‘guarantees’ which it has made to the people before elections. He has also accused that the Congress Government in Karnataka has been imposing huge taxes on the public and collecting money from the people to fund elections in Telangana.
“Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been offering corruption free government and we will walk the talk. We will bring ‘Sakala Janula Telangana’ in the state,” said Kishan Reddy.
Vivek Venkataswamy said that Sandhya Rani has participated in the separate Telangana agitation and her joining of party will strengthen it.
Sandhya Rani said that a silent revolution has been taking place in the state and people have decided to bring BJP to power in Telangana.
