TPCC President Revanth Reddy said that Sonia Gandhi fulfilled her promise of granting Telangana which she give on the soil of Karimnagar. But people’s aspirations are not yet fulfilled in Telangana. That is why the Congress has decided to implement six guarantees and fulfil the aspirations of the people of Telangana.
Revanth Reddy said that the BRS government has done injustice to the tribals. The coming Congress government will do justice to the tribals.
Revanth Reddy addressed a meeting held in Ramanujapuram, Mulugu constituency on Wednesday as part of the Vijayabheri bus yatra organised by the Congress party. Revanth Reddy said Gandhi family came to liberate Telangana from KCR’s family. He urged the people to liberate Telangana from KCR’s family by saying that it is only the Congress party that has fulfilled the aspirations of 60 years by giving Telangana.
The KCR government, which came to power twice in Telangana, has done nothing. He flagged that KCR did not fulfil the promises made during the elections. Revanth Reddy was on fire saying that KCR destroyed the hopes of the martyrs and the unemployed.
Revanth Reddy said that many students and youth made sacrifices and achieved Telangana. He said corruption and anarchy are rampant everywhere in the state. KCR is involved in corruption of lakhs of crores. Revanth Reddy said that this corrupt regime should be trampled to the ground.
He said that even though Sonia Gandhi has realised the dream of Telangana as per her promise despite losing politically, the aspirations of the people in Telangana are not being fulfilled. That is why the Congress has decided to implement six guarantees and fulfil the aspirations of the people of Telangana.
Sonia Gandhi brought the Mahalakshmi Guarantee Scheme for women as part of the six guarantees announced by the Congress party. Sonia ji came forward to give 2500 to women every month. On 1st of every month Rs. 2,500 will be deposited in the account of the girl child. Sonia Gandhi took the responsibility of giving a gas cylinder to 500 people. We will provide free electricity up to 200 units per house. Along with minimum Support price to farmers Congress has decided to give 500 bonus per quintal. Congress has decided to give 5 lakhs to the youth under the Yuva Vikas scheme. Rs.15 thousand per year for farmers and tenant farmers under Indiramma Bharosa, Rs. 12 thousand will be provided. Revanth Reddy announced that the Congress has decided to give one lakh rupees under Kalyana Lakshmi.
Revanth Reddy appealed to the people that if these welfare schemes are to be implemented, we should get Indiramma Rajyam. In the kingdom of Indiramma, the poor get the fruits of welfare.
Indiramma’s rule must come for our lives to improve. People should be alert in this election. Vote for those who do good. Revanth Reddy appealed that Sitakka should win in Mulugu and Gandra Satyanarayana Rao should win in Bhupalpally with a majority of 50 thousand.
Sudhir Reddy, a former MLA from Medchal who joined the Congress
Former Medchal MLA Malipeddi Sudhir Reddy joined the Congress party in the presence of TPCC president Revanth Reddy on Wednesday. Revanth Reddy went to Sudheer Reddy’s house in Pratapsingaram and invited him to join the party by wearing the party shawl. Speaking on this occasion, Revanth Reddy said that Sudhir Reddy has taken a great decision. He said that the people of this constituency have worked hard to send me from Galli to Delhi.
He said that I owe a lot to the people of this region. There is one who sells milk…and there is another one who sells seats…he said that the people of this place won me as an MP by giving a befitting reply to the uncle and son-in-law. Revanth Reddy wished that the Congress flag should be hoisted in 7 assembly seats under Malkajigiri Parliament. He said that it is our responsibility to liberate Jawahar Nagar from the dump yard. He said that the Congress party will take the responsibility of extending the metro rail to this area by bringing in international IT companies and turning this area into an IT hub.
After the Congress came to power, Sudhir Reddy was promised to be given politically appropriate respect. I can understand the pain of those who didn’t get a ticket. We have no hatred against anyone. We should work inclusively. Revanth Reddy appealed to the people to see the hardships of the party workers and make Congress victorious.
Joinings from Kondagal
Many leaders from Maddur mandal of Kodangal constituency and 100 leaders of BRS party from Challapur village of Daultabad mandal joined the Congress party in the presence of TPCC president Revanth Reddy on Wednesday. They were welcomed into the congress party at Revanth Reddy’s residence in Jubilee Hills.
