Khan and former Uttar Pradesh MP (Rajya Sabha) Saleem Ansari paid a courtesy call to Mohammad Mahmood Ali, Minister for Home at his official residence on Friday. On this occasion, they discussed about various schemes and developmental activities of their state governments at length. Home Minister explained them about the schemes like Shadi Mubarak Scheme, Residential Schools, Chief Minister’s Overseas Scholarship, Fee Reimbursement, Imams, Rythubandu etc., being effectively implemented by the Telangana government, especially for the welfare of minorities and Muslims. Telangana people especially Muslims are lucky to have the best and secular leader like KCR as their CM. He said that he is happy that Telangana state has achieved development in a short period of time. Both the guests invited the Home Minister to visit their respective states. He said this meeting was memorable. The Home Minister thanked both the guests. Atiq ur Rehman, Jaber Patel, District Minority Welfare Officer Qasim and others participated in the program.
