Bless BJP, we offer BC Chief Minister

– Amit Shah at Suryapet Jana Garjana Sabha

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has announced that a BC candidate will be made Chief Minister after BJP coming to power in Telangana.

Addressing Jana Garjana Sabha held at the district headquarters on Friday, Amit Shah said that both BRS and Congress are family centric parties and they can not do good for the people of the State. “Chief Minister and BRS president K. Chandrasekhar Rao wants his son Rama Rao to become next Chief Minister while Congress leader Sonia Gandhi wants her son Rahul Gandhi as prime minister. They wish Pariwar Kalyan (welfare of the family). Those who are committed for the welfare of their family will not do good for the people. But BJP is committed for Garib Kalyan (welfare of the poor).

Referring to the BRS and Chief Minister, the Union Minister has asked what happened to the promises made by him since 2014. “Chandrasekhar Rao! You have promised to make a dalit as Chief Minister. What happened to that? What happened to three acres of land to dalits? Where is the Rs. 50,000 crore allocation for dalits in the budget? Why the government failed to allocate Rs. 10,000 for Bcs?” asked Amit Shah adding that Prime Minister Modi has appointed BC Commission, sanctioned Sammakka- Sarakka tribal university for Telangana, a long pending turmeric board.

“We have appointed Krishna Water Dispute Tribunal to solve the dispute between two states. We have directly transferred Rs. 9,000 crore to the accounts of 40 lakh farmers with Rs. 6,000 in each account. We are supplying potable water under Jal Jeevan Mission, constructed toilets in the house of the poor and extended free rice for 1.9 crore families,” said the Home Minister explaining the measures taken up by the BJP Government at the Centre.

Informing that Prana Pratishta for Rama Mandir in Ayodhya by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be held in January 2024, he called upon the public to attend the grand programme.
