KCR is using farmers as pawns to grab power for third time

AICC Spokesperson Dasoju Sravan

Hyderabad, April 11: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao staging a deeksha in Delhi is nothing but an attempt to grab power for the third time in Telangana using the farmer as a pawn, alleged AICC National Spokesperson Dr. Dasoju Shravan. Dasoju spoke at a media conference held at Gandhi Bhavan. “KCR conspired to deceive farmers in the name of dharna in Delhi,” he said. Addressing a media persons here on Monday, Sravan alleged that both the BJP and TRS parties were playing tricks with regard to the paddy purchase issue.

“Who should work for the farmers? The TRS, which is in power in the State, and the BJP which is in power at the Centre are holding dharnas? Then who will resolve the issue?” he questioned.

“KCR knows the rules of paddy purchase. But he agreed to the conditions laid by the Centre in the past. But now he is doing the fake deekshas,’ Sravan said.

“If KCR is honest, IKP centers should be set up and procurement should start. KCR is playing dramas without doing this. The Telangana community should take note of this situation, ”Dasoju said. “Sitting Rakesh Tikait next is a testament to KCR’s opportunistic politics. KCR did not show minimum support when Rakesh Tikait was initiating against the farmer laws. Jai along with Modi hit the farmer laws. But today Rakesh Tikait was sitting next to him. Could there be more opportunistic politics than this? Sravan asked.
