-Narayana arrest made out of CM frustration: ex MLA
-CM knew not about Amaravati significance
AMARAVATI: TDP ex MLA Jaleel Khan on Wednesday said that the ruling YSRCP Ministers were shivering with fear after Chandrababu Naidu started going to the people through ‘Badude Badudu’ protests.
Jaleel Khan slammed the Chief Minister for getting former Minister P. Narayana arrested only out of frustration over rousing response to Chandrababu Naidu’s rallies.
Addressing a press conference here, the TDP leader termed it as strange that CM Jagan, who spent 16 months in jail in corruption cases, was now calling everybody else corrupt and fraudulent. It was Education Minister Botsa Satyanarayana who should take responsibility for the 10th class paper leakage but not Narayana.
Jaleel Khan asked what would the ruling YSRCP MLAs tell the people during their ‘Gadapa Gadapaku’ programme. Would the ruling party leaders explain how they have looted sand, liquor, soil, water, lands and mineral wealth of the State?
The TDP leader said the YSRCP Ministers and leaders should clarify to the public why the State climbed to top in the entire country in loans and atrocities. The Chief Minister targetted P. Narayana only after realising that his Government would not be able to fulfill the rising aspirations of the students and parents.
Jaleel Khan said that the CM was resorting to ulterior methods in order to victimise the TDP leaders. It was irresponsible on the part of the Government to target the prestigious Narayana educational institutions. The Government was trying all efforts to cover up its failures in providing educational and job opportunities.
The TDP leader asked whether Jagan Mohan Reddy and his party MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy knew anything about the importance of Amaravati Capital. They have targetted the Capital City farmers along political lines. The farmers had sacrificed their ancestral lands for constructing Capital for the whole State but the YSRCP regime has perpetrated political vendetta.
