Bhatti’s padayatra reaches 1,100 km mark

-Bhatti calls upon people to replace KCR’s feudal rule with Cong Party’s Indiramma Rajyam
-KCR govt failed to fulfil aspirations of Telangana people in 10 year rule

Congress Legislature Party leader Bhatti Vikramarka has given a call to bring down feudal government of Chief Minister KCR in Telangana and elect Congress Party in the next elections to form people’s government.

Bhatti’s People’s March Padayatra entered Day 96 and reached Nakirekal constituency on Monday to the overwhelming welcome by people in the constituency and Congress cadre. The Padayatra covered 1100 km so far.

Addressing a road corner meeting at Thtikal in Nakirekal mandal, Mr.Bhatti said that the BRS rulers were looting public wealth like bandicoots. KCR mortgaged four crore people and borrowed Rs.5 lakh crore to push Telangana State into a debt trap.

The BRS government did not fulfil the aspirations of people in rich Telangana State with a surplus budget and cheated the people. Youth and unemployed in Telangana achieved after a lot of struggle were roaming on the roads and the BRS government dashed the hopes of parents who paid through their nose to get their children educated and expected them to get jobs in Telangana government. Fee reimbursement scheme was not being implemented.

The KCR government betrayed every section of society. It neglected to purchase the produce of farmers who cultivated crops against all odds and in the name of deficit, the middle men cut down 12 kgs per quintal of paddy while the government took no action. In 10 years of BRS rule, the promise of providing one job to each family did not materialise and poor did not get houses. While Congress government gave pensions to two persons in the family, the BRS government restricted it to only one person.

KCR came to power by spending the looted public money in the elections and continued to loot people and as a result the objectives for which Telangana was achieved by people were not achieved, he said. Unless and until Indiramma Rajyam came back, public wealth would not be restored to people, he added.

He reiterated that the Congress Party once elected to power would give Rs.5 lakh to poor for construction of house, distribute cooking gas cylinder at Rs.500 each to all the ration cardholders and implement loan waiver upto Rs.2 lakh at one go.

Free and compulsory English medium education would be implemented from KG to PG and Rajiv Arogyasri health insurance will be increased from Rs.2 lakh to Rs.5 lakh to provide better medical care to the poor. Those poor without house sites would be identified and sites would be purchased and distributed to them, he said.
