“Terrasys is the only company visible to the public and media regarding Dharani. But there is a big mafia behind this. In this connection, we will release the Dharani Files serial along with evidence. We will make a powerpoint presentation on the loot with all evidence. TPCC President Revanth Reddy challenged Kishan Reddy to make the Central Government find out who the investors in Dharani are.
He alleged that properties, lands and personal details of people are going into the hands of foreigners due to Dharani. He spoke to the media at Gandhi Bhavan on Thursday. “The Dharani portal has investments related to the British Isles. The whole of Dharani was in the hands of the Prince’s friend Gade Sridhar. This robbery is worse than the dacoits. Lakhs of acres of government lands are disappearing. We have all the details. The management of Dharani portal has gone into foreign hands. All the details are in the hands of the foreigners. This is very dangerous,” said Revanth Reddy.
“Those who invested in the company running Dharani Portal are financial criminals. There are foreigners among those who are operating the Dharani portal. We don’t know whose hands the Dharani portal is in, whether he is a mafia leader larger than Dawood Ibrahim or a drug lord who sells drugs all over the world. All our details have gone into the hands of the foreigners through this portal. After many changes of hands, finally… the Dharani portal went to British Island. By taking advantage of the shortcomings in Dharani portal, lands in the prohibited list are being registered to their followers. Prohibition is being locked immediately after registering the government lands to their followers. The entire Dharani portal is in the hands of KTR’s friend Sridhar Gade. Revanth explained that Sridhar can open Dharani portal any time with the lock, and the land in one’s name can be changed to another’s name. Revanth revealed that owners are being created for government lands, these lands are transferred which are then sold after making them into layouts. This is how this matter is going on. He said that KCR’s family is looting with the help of Dharani portal.
Sridhar Gade alias Gade Sridhar Raju is the reason for this situation. These programs are being conducted by a company called Quantella in the Hi-Tech City area. Revanth Reddy explained that the Kodanda Reddy Committee conducted field level inspection and got basic details about many land irregularities.
They have tried to give away Endowment lands illegally to pharma companies. KCR is afraid of abolishing Dharani portal. CM is misleading people in this matter. We will abolish Dharani and bring in a better portal. We will also expose KCR’s land irregularities. We will reveal the irregularities in Dharani after July 15. Revanth stated that if the Center is committed, the financial crimes behind Dharani can be exposed. He said that the government has illegally grabbed 1500 acres of assigned land in Gajwel. Hundreds of acres were given away to Amul Dairy. Lands were allotted to Minister Gangula Kamalakar. Revanth Reddy alleged that the endowment lands were given away to the pharma companies in violation of the High Court orders. That is why the father and son are complaining about the cancellation of Dharani.

Congress Land Declaration
The land declaration was released under the auspices of TPCC at Gandhi Bhavan on Thursday.
Items in the declaration
1. In view of the difficulties faced by lakhs of farmers due to errors in Dharani, we will abolish this system and replace it with a new computer record that reflects the actual condition of the land and is free of errors and accessible to all. Within 100 days of coming to power, we will organize revenue meetings in the villages and solve the current record problems.
2. Patta lands included in the prohibited list will be removed within 100 days of Congress coming to power.
3. We will make a comprehensive survey of all types of land and create new records. We will give new titles to agricultural lands and house plots. We will provide secure rights.
4. In the first session of the Legislative Assembly after the formation of the Congress government, we will enact a Title Guarantee Law as per the draft prepared by the UPA government at the center and bring a system in which the government itself will fully guarantee land rights.
5. We will bring in a single law on land and replace hundred odd land laws.
6. We will implement the Authorised Cultivators Act brought by the Congress Government in the combined state to provide loan eligibility cards to the tenants.
7. Through the land reforms brought in by the Congress, we will give full rights to the lakhs of acres of land distributed to the poor till now.
8. We will implement the Forest Rights Act brought by the Congress in 2006 and give titles to Podu Lands to all those who are eligible.
9. We will implement the Land Acquisition Act brought by the then UPA government at the center. Land will not be acquired without the permission of the farmers. We will pay compensation for assigned lands and Podu lands at par with patta lands. We will set up a commission headed by a Retired Judge to ensure justice to those who have not received such compensation till now.
10. We will strengthen the land administration system. We will appoint staff from the village to the state level and see to it that the rights of the farmers are safe.
11. We will set up a District Land Tribunal at the district level to resolve land issues.
Don’t look at BJP and BRS as separate entities
“Don’t separate BJP and BRS. Both BJP and BRS are plotting to use changes in election laws. This program is to plan for action to be taken to counter this. We need to be prepared to face other parties head on in the elections,” said TPCC President Revanth Reddy.
Revanth spoke at the L D M Booth Level Management Program held under the auspices of TPCC SC Division at Indira Bhavan on Thursday. From Gandhi Bhavan to the village level, everyone should work vigilantly, he suggested. We should prepare the ranks in the Party ready for elections to face BJP and BRS. There will be a training program for the Mandal, Division, District and Town Presidents at Rajiv Knowledge Centre, Bowenpally on July 18th.
Appointments of mandals and division presidents will be completed by the 15th of this month. He accused the state government of abuse of power under the guise of administration. There are 34,654 polling booths in the state. Revanth Reddy alleged that the state government is involved in manipulations in the matter of voter list. He was angry that the votes of Congress sympathisers were being removed. Booths are being changed to confuse the voter. Booth Level Agent is crucial in facing all these issues. He said that half the elections are won if the voter list is correct. We should be alert at all times. Revanth Reddy called for 120 days of hard work to bring back the party to power in the state.
