Naidu expresses grief over 7 deaths in Palnadu mishap

-Accident took place at Rentachintala
-Victims returning from pilgrimage
-Lokesh seeks Govt help for victims’ families

AMARAVATI: TDP National President and former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Monday expressed grief over the death of 7 persons in a road accident at Rentachintala in Palnadu district yesterday night.

Naidu conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families of the deceased persons. He termed it unfortunate that the ghastly mishap took place when the ill-fated persons were returning home from a pilgrimage.

In a statement here, the TDP chief urged the State Government to come to the rescue of the family members of the deceased persons. All necessary assistance should be extended to them.

TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh expressed deep anguish at the tragic mishap and conveyed his deepest condolences. Best medical treatment should be made available to the injured persons. The Government should extend necessary help to the victims’ families.
