Hyderabad, Aug 23:: BJP Telangana incharge and national general secretary Tarun Chugh today strongly condemned the arrest of state party chief Bandi Sanjay and and others warned that the party would launch a state-wide protests against barbaric act of KCR government.
Demanding immediate release of the BJP leaders and workers, Chugh said the BJP would never give up its struggle against the family rule of KCR and said that the “barbaric and rogue” government of the KCR would soon be brought to its knees.
Bandi Sanjay is on phase- three praja sangram yatra to highlight failures , misdeeds and corrupt practices of TRS government and yatra is getting tremendous support from all walks of people. Bandi Sanjay and others were arrested near Station Ghanpur in Jangoan district.
Tarun Chug, who is state party incharge, asserted that the BJP was only trying to bring to limelight outside residence of ruling TRS party lawmaker Kalvakuntla Kavithai in Hyderabad for her alleged involvement in liquor scandal in Delhi involving Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia. Since kavitha is daughter of Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekha Rao, her involvement in liquor scam also can not be ruled out and details of scam would come to light soon, Tarun Chug said.
Calling upon the BJP workers not to get intimidated by the action of brutality of the KCR government, Chugh said the way unconstitutional manner in which the state TRS government has been functioning only indicated how panic and nervousness of KCR and his party.
