Hyderabad, Jan 10 :: The state High Court order confirming the cadre of Telangana state Chief Secretary Mr. Somesh Kumar and Central Government orders relieving him immediately from the present position is a slap on the face of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao who manoeuvred to retain the IAS officer as chief secretary of the state, N V Subhash, official spokesperson of state BJP said today.
Though Mr Somesh Kumar was allotted AP cadre as per the AP Re-organisation act, but CM KCR has violated constitutional norms and disparaged constitutional decisions , he said.
CM KCR has violated all constitutional norms in utilising services of Mr. Somesh Kumar , Subhash alleged and said that he has appointed some officers as for his whim to cover up his misdeeds and corrupt practices.
Department of personnel and training of union government in its order relived Somesh Kumar , IAS of AP-89 batch from the present position and directed him to join in the services of A P government latest by January 12.
