-Goutham Reddy taking false credit on MoUs
-Fake claims made on jobs of Causis E-Mobility
-YCP using suitcase companies for frauds
AMARAVATI: TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokesh on Thursday accused the YSRCP Government of making false claims on the MoUs being signed with some insignificant companies at Dubai Expo-2022.
Lokesh said Minister for Industries Mekapati Goutham Reddy was wrongly claiming to have attracted thousands of crores of investments. The Minister was apparently trying to take false credit by promising creation of thousands of job opportunities and hundreds of high end jobs.
In a statement here, Lokesh said the AP Government signed an MoU with one ‘Causis E-Mobility Pvt Ltd’ at the ongoing Abu Dhabi expo. It was revealed that Causis E-Mobility company was registered only on June 4, 2021, with an initial investment of just Rs. 1 Lakh.
Nara Lokesh demanded Goutham Reddy to explain how a company registered less than a year ago could invest Rs. 3,000 Cr in Andhra Pradesh. It was unfortunate that the AP Government was raising expectations on creation of a huge number of jobs based on an MoU with a little known company.
Lokesh released documents to prove that Causis E-Mobility was an unlisted Indian company based in Delhi, with which the AP Government had now signed the MoU at Dubai Expo. Undoubtedly, the ruling YSRCP leaders were continuing to float and use ‘suitcase companies’ in tune with their dubious track record.
Criticising the YCP rulers for making ‘fake claims’, Lokesh said one more false MoU was signed at Dubai expo with an unnamed company for creating 300 high-end jobs. How couldn’t the company’s name be immediately revealed if it was capable of creating such great jobs? The YCP rulers should clarify whether these high-end jobs would be like ‘volunteers jobs’ they created in the State.
Nara Lokesh said there were doubts if the unnamed company was yet another suitcase company floated by the tainted YSRCP leaders in the State. It was alarming that the Jagan Mohan Reddy Government was not hesitating to sign ‘fake MoUs’ even at global events like the Dubai expo.
The TDP MLC asserted that it was not surprising the general public in AP have been despising and hating the YSRCP regime’s ulterior policies and nefarious deals. The fake rule by the fake YCP leaders turned into a big shock to the people of the State.
