Under the joint aegis of Bhagyanagar Gas Limited (BGL Gas), the fourth and last free general health and eye check-up camp of the program was organized on 03/03/2022 in the schools of Vijayawada district today.
Surendra Rajput, Project Director, National Youth Foundation told that for the last 4 days his team is organizing free health camps by visiting schools in Vijayawada. Under which tests related to eye, ENT, general health are being done. So far, more than 2500 children of all types were tested free of cost in the program of four days, in which about 10 percent children were found to be suffering from eye diseases, to whom glasses were distributed.Along with how these diseases can be avoided.
National Youth Foundation is making children aware about this. Masks and refreshments are also being distributed to the children. Senior Dr. Amit Anand (MBBS) in this camp,Dr. Anshu Prajapati Shivangi Mishra Audiologist (ENT), Anshika (Eye), Kajol and Manisha (Optom), Siddharth, Abhinay, Sanjeet Singh etc. were present in the camp.
