TDP blames YCP ‘misrule’ for KTR comments

-YCP Ministers counter comments absurd: MLC
-Would Ministers show KTR AP destruction?

AMARAVATI: TDP MLC Mantena Satyanarayana Raju on Saturday held the YSRCP Government’s ‘inefficiency’ responsible for Telangana Minister K.T. Rama Rao’s comments on the pitiable conditions in Andhra Pradesh.

Satyanarayana Raju said it was not just KTR but the whole people of the country were talking about how the AP people were suffering from lack of current, water and development.

In a statement here, the TDP MLC termed it as a pity that the YSRCP Ministers were making meaningless statements when the Telangana Minister had spoken naked truths on AP destruction. Minister Roja’s challenge to show AP development to KTR was just laughable and devoid of any meaning or substance.

Satyanarayana Raju dared the Ministers whether they would show closed Anna Canteens and stopped Polavaram works if KTR visited AP. Would they show how treatments were being given in cell phone light in hospitals due to lack of current? Would they show photos of all those hundreds of women who fell victim to atrocities?

The TDP MLC asked whether the YCP Ministers would show to KTR the graves of all those young job aspirants who committed suicide? Countless farmers’ families were suffering after their bread winners ended their lives due to deepening debt trap. The weeds growing in Amaravati capital city area exposed the destruction that happened in AP.

Expressing serious concern, Raju asserted that the Ministers would have to show a list of companies that migrated to other States unable to pay hefty commissions to Jagan Reddy. The YCP could not even give Rs. 5 food and eventually closed down Anna Canteens. Not even 7 percent of works were completed in Polavaram in three years though the previous TDP rule completed 70 percent of the work.

The TDP leader expressed surprise whether the Ministers would show KTR the bathroom in which ‘babai Viveka’ was killed. They could as well show how their Government had suppressed the opposition and general public with false cases and arrests.

Satyanarayana Raju said Jagan Reddy’s cheap liquor brands would only greet KTR if he visited AP. He could as well see attacked temples and burnt chariots. The Ministers could show KTR how the mining, sand and ganja mafia took strong roots in AP.
