“KCR did not keep his promise of providing a job to every household in Telangana. During the nine years of KCR’s rule, the number of unemployed increased but did not decrease. If there were 1 lakh 7 thousand jobs vacant when the state formed, now 2 lakh jobs are vacant. KCR, who gave jobs to everyone in his family, why is he not filling up 2 lakh jobs,” TPCC president Revanth Reddy questioned the KCR government. Revanth Reddy participated in the unemployment protest rally held from the Collectorate centre to the Ambedkar centre in Adilabad on Wednesday and addressed the Jana Sabha held afterwards. Revanth Reddy demanded that 30 lakh unemployed people in the state should be given Rs 1 lakh 60 thousand unemployment allowance each.

Revanth said that KCR’s family who are responsible for this should be dragged to the market. He said that every development in Adilabad happened during the Congress regime. The Congress government will come in the new year. Revanth Reddy promised to fill 2 lakh government job vacancies within a year of coming to power. Revanth assured the party workers that no one should be discouraged in Adilabad. He criticized Jogu Ramanna for not going to Adilabad and sleeping at KCR’s farm house. Minister Jogu Ramanna’s son became Municipal Chairperson because he begged for the post. He promised that the Congress government will be formed in the new year and Adilabad will be adopted.
He demanded the immediate removal of the chairman of TSPSC, who was responsible for the paper leakage, and members. Just like Rajaiah was sacked… KTR who caused the question paper scam should be sacked. When Bandi Sanjay was arrested.. he went to jail at night and came out in the morning. Our student and youth leaders were arrested and kept in jail for a week. Is this not proof of BRS and BJP collusion politics? Revanth asked.
Congress party has given 4 per cent reservation to Muslims. They cheated by not increasing the reservation after promising that they would give 12 percent. On the other hand, if the BJP comes to power, the existing 4 percent will be removed. The Muslim brothers should decide whether they will side with KCR who cheated, or BJP who wants to cancel the reservation, or Congress who gave the reservation. Owaisi, this time you will not be able to do it. Asked why Asaduddin Owaisi is not talking about Amit Shah’s comments that he will cancel Muslim reservations. Revanth Reddy expressed the hope that Muslims will stand by the Congress party this time.

While going to the unemployment protest rally in Adilabad, TPCC President Revanth Reddy met the farmers who had lost crops in Kamareddy district’s Kosogurthi village and got to know their problems. The paddy crop damaged by the untimely rains in the last two days was inspected. The drenched grain was examined at the grain buying center. On this occasion, the farmers shared their grievances with Revanth Reddy that the grain got wet due to untimely rain. Speaking later, he said that the farmers have lost completely due to the hailstorm. 1000 acres of crops were damaged in these surrounding areas.
After estimating the crop loss, they demanded the government to give compensation of 20 thousand per acre and 50 thousand per acre for mango plantations. Drenched grain should be bought at minimum support price. KCR is trying to push the pretence of not buying grain on the central government. KCR Revanth Reddy said that you became the chief minister only if the farmers voted. He said that more farmers have committed suicide in Telangana state than in the undivided state. In nine years the farmers have not been happy for a single day. Is farmers suicides Telangana model? He asked. He said that the government which should act responsibly has completely failed.
According to official figures, 1200 farmers commit suicide every year. 2 lakh farmers committed suicide after Telangana formation. He criticized CM KCR for being the reason for the suicides. CM KCR is a farmer’s killer. He recalled that when the Congress was in power, they bought drenched grain. He commented that what a farmer needs is not farmer’s insurance, but crop insurance. He criticized the BRS party saying that ministers and MLAs are holding dawats in the name of Atmeeya Sammelan without checking the crop damage.
Demanded the immediate resignation of 18 stupid ministers. He appealed to the government to send the legislators to visit the field. IAS officers should be sent to assess the crop loss. We will fight against the anti-farmer policies of the state and central government. From today, Congress leaders will visit the field level and give reports on crop damage. We will give courage to the farmers. He urged farmers not to commit suicide. Revanth assured that the Congress government coming in six months will do justice to the farmers.
