-TDP files people’s chargesheet on ‘destructive regime’
-Jagan rule full of crimes, lies, scams, violations: Atchanna
-Governor’s name misused to bring massive loans
AMARAVATI: The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) State leadership on Wednesday released a book titled ‘One Thousand Days of Jagan’s Destructive Rule’, making a fervent appeal to AP people to throw out the YSRCP misrule at the earliest opportunity.
The TDP filed people’s chargesheet and listed out ‘one thousand crimes, lies, atrocities and corruption frauds that the Jagan Mohan Reddy Government committed at the rate of one offence per day in the past one thousand days of its rule.
TDP state president K. Atchannaidu, former Ministers N. Chinarajappa, Nakka Ananda Babu, MLA Yeluri Sambasiva Rao, MLCs Ashok Babu and Deepak Reddy released the special book at a joint press conference held at the party central office.
Condemning YCP’s ‘destructive mindset’, Atchannaidu expressed concern that the all round destruction started from the day CM Jagan ordered demolition of Praja Vedika in the first few days of forming his Government. Right from day one, the Chief Minister started betraying the people by breaking all those countless promises he made on Amaravati Capital, Polavaram, liquor prohibition, pensions for women above 45 years, etc.
Atchannaidu recalled how the YCP spread total lies during the 2019 elections that Chandrababu Naidu promoted 37 kammas to DSP posts. The fact was that only 2 of them were kammas. Sakshi put out stories that Nara Lokesh bought Hailand. CM Jagan could not prove one single such allegation in the past one thousand days. They made Rs. 6 Lakh Cr asset allegation against the TDP chief but kept silent after coming to power.
Atchannaidu reminded the people how the atrocious Jagan regime persecuted Dalit doctor Dr. Sudhakar till his death. His only crime was to ask for a face mask and safety Covid kits. Similarly, a people’s leader and a former Assembly Speaker like Kodela Sivaprasada Rao was victimised and humiliated so much that he took an extreme step.
The TDLP Deputy Leader described the ‘custodial torture’ of their own MP Raghurama Raju was the height of YSRCP’s ruthless policies. Punganur Dalit youth Om Pratap was driven to a mysterious death just for criticising the Government ovre very hight rates of harmful cheap liquor brands. A young man of Rajanagaram was humiliated and tonsured in the police station itself.
Chinarajappa termed the Jagan Reddy rule as one marked by relentless revenge taking against political rivals and all questioning voices. Vandal attacks were made on 226 temples and holy chariots were burnt. Jagan Reddy’s Kodi Kathi drama was totally fake. Kia Motors was attacked and its ancillary units were driven away.
Ananda Babu and Sambasiva Rao slammed the Jagan regime for undermining all constitutional institutions and systems. The name of Governor was used to bring multi-crore loans that were diverted only for the ruling party’s frauds. Viveka murder probe revealed real culprits. Case was filed against even the CBI. The State Election Commissioner was targetted and removed overnight. The Judiciary was insulted.
The TDP leaders said that unprecedented looting took place in sand, liquor, mining, cement, house sites and land acquisition. Ganja and drugs caught in any other States in the country were found to be supplied from AP. When the TDP unearthed and exposed this, the YCP goondas vandalised its central office and injured the staff.
