Congress, BRS are two sides of same coin: Goa CM
Accusing that both Congress and BRS are two sides of the same coin, Goa Chief Minister Pramod Panduranga Sawant appealed the people of Telangana to give a chance to the BJP to form the government stating that they have proved their credibility time and again. He said that only BJP can do justice to the youth, women and farmers.
Speaking to reporters here on Monday Pramod Sawant said that the sacrifices of 1,200 youth instrumental for formation of Telangana will be recognised and their families will be addressed after BJP coming to power in the state. Accusing Congress party for their deaths, the Goa Chief Minister said that BJP has formed three states without any bloodshed.
“The BRS Government has failed to deliver the promise of ‘Neellu, Nidhulu, Niyamakalu’ for which the people have agitated were not fulfilled by the BRS Government. BRS is the brother of corruption, commission and communal riots creating Congress. Kaleshwaram project is the biggest scam,” he said terming the government as leakage government. Informing that the government had failed to complete recruitment even after conducting 17 tests, Sawant has described it as injustice to the youth and unemployed of the Telangana.
“If Congress win the elections its candidates will join the BRS. It was proved in the past. If Congress people gets defeated they join BRS. If they do not get ticket in one party, then they will join the other party. MIM supports them. Congress and BRS are the one and same. Two sides of the same coin. Give one chance for BJP to form Double Engine Government that works with development as the top most priority. We have fulfilled the promises of Turmeric board, Tribal university,” and explained how many schemes and benefits were extended to Telangana despite non cooperation from the State Government.
Stating that the Centre has sanctioned 2.3lakh houses for Telangana and State Government has informed that it would be giving double bed room houses to the poor, the Goa Chief Minister wanted to know how many double bed room houses were constructed so far. He has expressed confidence that BJP will form the Government in Telangana.
