“It is not wrong to hang CM KCR from a tree in the Assembly, or stoned like in the Gulf Countries”, TPCC President Revanth Reddy lashed out at KCR. All the farmers of Telangana were furious, saying there is nothing at fault if KCR and KTR were tied to a tree and pelted with stones. Revanth Reddy said that they are not afraid to say such words. In the 75 years, no political party or political leader has committed robbery like KCR, Revanth Reddy alleged. He criticised that both KCR and KTR are looting the money of Telangana people in the name of Dharani like cyber criminals. Revanth Reddy spoke to the media at Gandhi Bhavan on Wednesday.
Revanth Reddy said that Dharani portal has become a matter of life and death for the people of Telangana. He alleged that there are aristocrats and kings behind the Dharani portal and that KCR’s robbery and theft has gone unchecked. Revanth said that while investigating the Dharani robbery, several new things are coming out. The revenue records that should have been with the government are completely handed over to a private company, IL&FS, in the name of Dharani. IL&FS handles all land transactions in the state through the Dharani portal. IL&FS is actually a bankrupt company. In the past, it had borrowed Rs. 90 thousand crore and cheated the banks. The state government entered into an agreement with the company which is in losses. Revanth Reddy criticized this as the first mistake of the state government. IL&FS has set up a subsidiary company, Terrasys Technologies Limited, for the management of Dharani. Terrasys Company sold 52.26 percent stake to Falcon Company of the Philippines for Rs.1275 crore on November 25, 2021. Falcon was launched in October 2021, just a month before the acquisition. Now Terrasys Company has given 99 percent share to Falcon Company.
Now Sridhar Raju has joined it. With that, the Dharani Portal completely fell into the hands of Sridhar Raju.
All the details of people’s lands were put in the hands of a private company. ILF has investments from companies based in the Philippines. I have been saying right from the beginning that all the details of people’s lands are being put in the hands of private individuals. An agreement of Rs.150 crores was made with ILF for the management of Dharani. A company called Teralysis Technologies has bought 99 percent share of ILF company. The details of 70 lakh land owners have been sold to ILF company,” Revanth Reddy alleged.

KCR claims that he worked hard for three years. But does KCR actually have shame? The Odisha government launched this project under the name of E – Dharani in 2008. It has also handed over its management to IL&FS. Revanth says CAG has given a report that when Dharani Portal was used, there were several mistakes. The CAG report has mentioned about the losses due to Dharani. He said that the ILFS organized the Dharani in Odisha as well and the KCR government had entered into an agreement with such an organization. The CAG said Dharani should be thrown away in the Bay of Bengal. After all this, KCR claims to have done miracles by creating Dharani, Revanth ridiculed.
So far there were 25 lakh transactions in Dharani. It is estimated that transactions worth Rs.50 thousand crores have been done. All this is not going to the government account. All this is going to the account of Sridhar Raju’s company. Here lies the real trick. If a slot is booked for registration and registration is not done, the money is not returned. Anjaneyulu Goud of Makhtal is an example. He booked a slot for registration by paying five lakh rupees.
But registration was not done as he did not go on the scheduled day of registration. The officers concerned, when questioned, are replying that they have refunded the amount. In fact, the money was not refunded online. How many such hundreds of crores are going into the company’s account? Is the money actually going to the government? Revanth Reddy asked.
The Aadhaar and PAN details collected as part of transactions in Dharani are crossing boundaries across countries. According to Data Privacy, foreigners cannot access the data of the country’s citizens. Revanth Reddy criticized that when we exposed the Dharani robbery, KCR was getting furious. Some of the officials have mentioned that out of the Rs.50 thousand crores that came from the transactions done by Dharani, Rs. 40 thousand crore reached the government. He demanded an investigation to be conducted to make sure if this is true or not.
Revanth Reddy demanded that a forensic audit be conducted on the 25 lakh transactions that took place in Dharani. He said that Kishan Reddy is demanding that the Central Government immediately seek a CAG report on the Dharani transactions. For giving the data of Indians to other countries.. concerned officials should be criminally prosecuted. Revanth Reddy commented that Dharani Portal is not a simple software, it was brought to loot. We will complain about this to the investigation agencies….if necessary we will knock on the door of the court. Because his robbery is revealed, KCR is reacting strongly to my allegations. That is why KCR is trying to scare farmers and people. Why is the state government guilty before the court if there is no malpractice? Revanth Reddy asked why Naveen Mittal admitted before the High Court that there were 33 types of mistakes. Dharani master key is with Sridhar Raju. All the lands of Telangana were given to the king of Andhra Sridhar Raju. It should be investigated to which Prince Sridhar Raju is close to. If there is good faith, it should be investigated. Why is the center not ordering an inquiry against KCR even though lakhs of crores of loot is going on? Revanth Reddy demanded that the central leaders should tell what secret is behind this.
Revanth Reddy reacted strongly to the legal notices sent by Arvind Kumar in the ORR tender case. “Arvind Kumar’s legal notices should be sent to me by registered post or in person.. but how will they be published in the public domain… how will they be released to the media? Arvind Kumar deliberately tried to lower my reputation. They have behaved politically to benefit other parties,” he lashed out against Aravind. About half of ORR falls under my parliamentary constituency. The process of handing over the ORR tender to a private company has raised many suspicions. Revanth Reddy said that Arvind Kumar does not clear several doubts like awarding the tender at a low price, disregarding NHAI rules and completing the tender process with a retired officer in place of an IAS officer. As a representative of the people I did not answer the questions but treated like a politician. Revanth Reddy alleged that Arvind used language that an officer does not use with a public representative as per the Indian Services Rules, 1968. Revanth demanded to disclose details of CRISIL report, Majors Report, tender base price, monthly ORR income for the last three years.
Srihari Rao joins Congress party
Senior leader of Nirmal district BRS Party Kuchadi Srihari Rao joined the Congress party on Wednesday. TPCC President Revanth Reddy invited Srihari Rao into the Party fold in a program held at Gandhi Bhavan. On this occasion, Revanth Reddy expressed confidence that the Congress Party flag will be hoisted in the Nirmal Assembly Constituency. Winning in Nirmal constituency is as important as winning in Kodangal. Revanth Reddy said that Sonia Gandhi is the only leader of Telangana people.
To express gratitude to Sonia Gandhi for giving Telangana, the Congress Party should be brought to power in the upcoming elections in the state. He said that he is giving a warm welcome to Srihari Rao who has joined the party. He said that those who joined the Congress family from Nirmal district will get due respect and position. He also said that those who work for the victory of the party will get recognition. He said that some behaved as if there will be no leaders in the party if they leave the party, but stronger leaders have joined the party. He expressed anger that Indrakaran Reddy could not build a double bedroom house in Nirmal despite being a minister. He said that he is throwing a challenge to Minister Indrakaran Reddy to ask for votes in the villages where the Indiramma’s houses were built. Is Indrakaran Reddy ready for this? Revanth Reddy questioned People of Telangana have no patience to bear KCR’s fraud, he said. He said that the time has come for Telangana society to revolt. He said that Srihari Rao is the first in the list of those who were cheated by KCR. He said that the Congress will come to power and Nirmal district will be adopted and developed. He suggested that they win at least 8 seats out of 10 in Adilabad district. A quiet revolution, a storm is coming. He expressed the belief that people will make Congress win with one knock on the door. He said that there is going to be a war between KCR’s family and the people in the upcoming elections. Revanth Reddy said that the people of Adilabad district will defeat the BRS Party.
Nomula Prakash Goud joins Congress party
Secunderabad Constituency BRS Party senior leader Nomula Prakash Goud joined the Congress Party on Wednesday. TPCC president Revanth Reddy invited Prakash Goud to join the party in a program held at Gandhi Bhavan. On this occasion, Revanth Reddy said that they will use the services of Prakash Goud and provide him with an appropriate position. He ridiculed the BRS leaders saying that the number of people taking selfies and boasting about themselves has increased in the Greater area. I am questioning KTR and Dana Nagender directly..
