‘In Mahanadu event that was held in Rajamahendravaram, I announced that I will release a full-fledged manifesto for this Dussehra. I was imprisoned in the same Rajamahendravaram Jail. I will come out soon and release the full manifesto’: TDP Chief and Former CM N. Chandrababu Naidu reiterates his commitment to release the full manifesto.
Telugu Desam Party National President and Former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu reiterated his commitment to release the full manifesto as promised during the Mahanadu event held in Rajamahendravaram. Despite his recent arrest, the former CM remains dedicated to delivering on this pledge.
Before his arrest in May 2023, N Chandrababu Naidu had introduced a mini manifesto known as ‘Bhavishyathuku Guarantee,’ which outlined six schemes aimed at benefiting women, farmers, and the youth. This mini manifesto included Maha Shakthi, Thalliki Vandanam, Yuvagalam, Annadatha, access to drinking water, Act for backward classes (BC), and a plan to lift the poor to prosperity. These initiatives are expected to positively impact the future of the state’s residents.
In his letter, the three-time Chief Minister expressed that he is not merely in jail but remains in the hearts of the people. He emphasized that throughout his 45 years political career, his primary focus has been the development and well-being of the Telugu people.
N Chandrababu Naidu, in the letter, revealed that leaders of the YSRCP are attempting to keep him away from the people by confining him in prison, driven by their fear of electoral defeat. Despite his physical absence from the public, he believes that his legacy continues to shine across the state through his development initiatives.
The former Chief Minister further asserted that he cannot be kept away from the people for even a single day or a single moment. He expressed that attempts have been made to tarnish his image with fabricated conspiracies, but the values and credibility he has upheld cannot be erased. He remains confident that this period of darkness is temporary, and prison walls cannot diminish his self-confidence.
Emphasizing that he will not make a mistake, and he won’t allow anyone to do so, N Chandrababu Naidu shared that he has requested his wife, Nara Bhuvaneswari, the daughter of Former Chief Minister Nandamuri Tarakarama Rao, to advocate on his behalf during his absence, and she has accepted the responsibility. Nara Bhuvaneswari will engage with the people through a campaign called ‘Nijam Gelavali’ to offer solace to the families affected by his wrongful arrest and to bring an end to the current chaotic governance.
Furthermore, N Chandrababu Naidu emphasized that while justice may be delayed, it ultimately prevails. In the meantime, he suggested everyone to persist in their peaceful struggle against authoritarian rule
