The YSRCP plenary of Gannavaram Assembly constituency held under the chairmanship of former minister and YSRCP MLA Perni Nani. Party leaders and workers have attended plenary in large number.
Addressing the meeting, Perni Nani said that Gannavaram MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi did not attend plenary because of ill-health. Former minister and Gudivada MLA Kodali Nani declared that Vallabhaneni Vamsi will contest on YSRCP symbol from Gannavaram in 2024 Assembly elections. He came down heavily on a section of media for trying to magnify disputes between the YSRCP leaders of Gannavaram.
Kodali Nani flayed TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu for demanding Vamsi to tender resignation to MLA post and contest on YSRCP ticket. “A person approached Chandrababu seeking Penamaluru ticket to fight in next Assembly elections on TDP symbol. But the TDP chief asked him to contest either from Gudivada or Gannavaram,” he revealed and mentioned that no TDP leader would dare to compete with him or Vamsi.
