Tadepalli, July 8: The YSR Congress Party celebrated the 74th birth anniversary of Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy at the party central office in Tadepalli. Party members paid tribute to the leader by conducting blood donation camp and distributing clothes to poor.

In a statement to the media, YSRCP general secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said that “even after the death of the great leader Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy, his son YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is carrying forward the reigns by running the government in line with his father’s example.

“It was in 2009, YS Rajasekhara Reddy dedicated his son, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to the people of Andhra Pradesh. It is also unfortunate to have lost a people’s leader in a helicopter crash on the same year on September 2.

Since then, his son, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, has made strides towards recognizing his father’s ambitions and take steps in working towards the betterment of the people in this state. His son has instilled the vision, values, goodness, and love and has demonstrated that he is not only a good son and but a well-deserved successor. Our state will be prosperous, peaceful, in the hands of our leader, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.”

“In terms of governance, decentralization and inclusion of all programmes in the form of DBT are offered with total transparency and no room for corruption. These are all being provided on a saturation basis. The delivery system has, above all, been solidly constructed. We previously had Spandana Programme, a universal grievance redressal helpline that allows citizens to directly raise their issue and took action to solve those issues.

We have further strengthened the grievance redressal by introducing ‘Jaganannaku Chebudam’. an improvised version of “Spandana”, a platform for resolving people’s grievances. The government is continue to strive to solve the problems of the people bringing the entire government machinery. On June 23, as per the CM’s directives, the government solidified the security net programme through Jagananna Suraksha, where lakhs of people have come together to find resolving issues and to ensure that no household is left and that the welfare is provided up till the very last mile.

We are happy to announce that we have set a new record in the history of our nation. We have reached out 61 lakh households, provided 14 lakh services, by setting up 4,000 Suraksha camps across secretariats in a matter 7 days with an aim of resolve each individual issue within 24 hours.”

“Through the centralization of the secretariat, 50 to 70 households are currently staffed with strong volunteer system. CM YS Jagan is doing his best to realise that what the people have given him is not power, but responsibility. Within four months after assuming power, this system was put in place.

Even though the world did not respond to Covid in the right way, the state was able to handle it. People today are not in a position where they care whether the opposition yells or not. This mechanism guarantees that the insurance is paid out as intended. A calendar was created by the directions of CM Jagan so as to make people awared of the scheduled scheme launch for the year Banks are stepping forward to provide financial assistance to Dwakra women. 30 lakh people, have received house site pattas.”

“The state is set to become a nationwide pioneer, thanks to exemplary governance by Chief Minister YS Jagan. Solid foundations have already been laid for the state to stand as number one in the next five years. Following in the footsteps of his late father Dr. YS Rakasekhara Reddy, Chief Minister YS Jagan is translating his father, the great leader’s principles into action with wholehearted commitment and vision, and the results are evident. No matter who conducts the survey, between 70 and 80 percent of us want Jagan.”

“The party ranks should be entrenched in the people of AP to keep CM Shri YS Jagan as a permanent compass for this state as the Chief Minister in order to perpetuate the responsibility of the power handed to the YSR Congress Party by the people.” Gen Secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy ended his speech by stating that his party will ensure to transform the 1.40 crore people who had benefited from government programmes into brand ambassadors.

“Fans of Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy are celebrating the birth anniversary all across the world. Every year, we use this as an opportunity to renew our commitment to the state and its people and to send our best wishes to all.” Sajjala said.
