TPCC president Revanth Reddy said that it is not our policy to attack… we believe in Development. Revanth Reddy toured Kodangal, Tandur, Vikarabad, Parigi and Chevella constituencies on Thursday. Revanth Reddy warned that the people will teach a lesson to those who want to win the elections through attacks.
“Our policy is to improve the living standards of the poor and make it a developed area in the state. Our policy is to provide free medical care up to Rs. 5 lakhs through Rajiv Arogyashri. Our policy is to give a pension of Rs. 4,000 on the first day of every month. Our policy is to help the poor to build houses by giving them Rs. 5 lakh. Our policy is to provide gas cylinders for Rs 500 and support the women in the state,” said Revanth Reddy.
What is the fate of Kodangal which KCR and KTR adopted? Revanth Reddy asked. KCR who said that he would bring Krishna water, why could he not bring it even in five years? Kodangal will not get water without completing the construction of Lakshmi Devi Palli Reservoir. Even junior colleges were not built in the mandal centres. Revanth Reddy criticised that BRS is trying to cheat the people of Kodangal once again.
“The temple and school built in Kodangal is the development that took place during my reign. Am I not the one who brought drinking water to Kodangal and quenched the thirst? We brought 30 sub stations to Kodangal constituency..we brought bus depot to the people of Kodangal…roads were developed in the constituency during our time. During the BRS regime, Narayanpet lift irrigation project was not completed thereby doing injustice to Kodangal. BRS did not do anything but lay foundation stones for the works that I have completed’, Revanth Reddy criticised.
“The CM refused to give an appointment to one MLA for four years..and now when he wants to join the Congress Party, the CM is favouring him and today he is given the minister position…those who were fighting till yesterday are now sharing positions. This is the power of the Tricolour flag of the Congress Party. They got minister positions but what has Tandoor got in the process’, Revanth ridiculed Minister Mahender Reddy and MLA Rohit Reddy.
Revanth Reddy said that when BC Minister Etala resigned, the post was given to someone who was not BC. Out of 115 seats in the state, not a single ticket was given to Mudiraj community. There is no social justice in Telangana. Revanth Reddy said social justice will happen only when Congress comes to power.
“If Rajender and KCR have a dispute, they should decide among themselves. But it is not right for KCR to show his anger on Mudirajs. KCR said that he will take an All Party team to Delhi for ABCD classification.
But till now KCR has not questioned Modi on classification. Why vote for KCR who has not given a single ministerial position to Mudirajus and Madigas. Why should Madigas vote for KCR who does not support classification? Our children should herd buffaloes and sheep….their children will rule the world. Water went to Jagan Reddy, funds went to Megha Krishna Reddy, appointments went to KCR,” Revanth Reddy lashed out at the BRS government.
It was assumed that once Telangana was formed, Godavari water would come to this region, Revanth Reddy said. But KCR in his nine year rule prevented Godavari water from coming to this region. He questioned why the waters of Godavari were limited only to Medak district.
Revanth Reddy criticised Modi, KCR and Asaduddin as thieves and colluding with each other. He ridiculed the BRS Party by saying that Car goes to Delhi to become Lotus. He said that voting for BRS and MIM is like voting for Modi.
There is no freedom to protest in Telangana….if we had done that, would BRS have come to power? Revanth Reddy asked. KCR sold lands in Rangareddy district for thousands of crores. They grabbed 40,000 acres in the name of Pharma SEZ. He criticised KCR for neglecting Ranga Reddy and Palamuru districts. KCR looted the wealth of Telangana. KCR has committed more looting than Charles Shobharaj and Dawood, Revanth Reddy slammed the BRS government.
Revanth Reddy commented that Dalits and tribals have suffered the most injustice during KCR’s rule. He said that the Congress has brought SC and ST Sub-Plan to ensure Dalit and tribal participation in funding and appointments. He criticised KCR for grabbing the lands given to Dalits by Congress in the name of development model. He said that the situation of tribals has worsened and they are being tied to trees and beaten up. Revanth Reddy commented that Congress would have given Telangana by putting KCR in jail if they had known that he would do this.
Revanth Reddy recalled the sentimental value of Chevella for the Congress Party and said whatever program was launched from Chevella, it would be successful. Revanth Reddy called on the cadre to make the Chevella Sabha as successful as the Khammam sabha.
Inspection of the Chevella Sabha arrangements
TPCC President Revanth Reddy on Thursday inspected the arrangements for Praja Garjana Sabha to be held in Chevella on 26th of this month. The local leaders were asked about the details of the arrangements. Many instructions and suggestions were given to the party leaders on related arrangements. Revanth Reddy called upon the party ranks and leaders to make the Praja Garjana Sabha a success.
