Lokesh slams CM for targetting cine industry

Hopes Bheemla Nayak will overcome sabotage
NRI TDP Cell to rescue stranded Telugus in Ukraine

AMARAVATI: TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokesh on Friday strongly criticised the Jagan Mohan Reddy Government for targetting one industry after another with the Telugu film industry being no exception.

Lokesh hailed the tremendous response to the Bheemla Nayak movie. He expressed the hope that the movie would overcome all conspiracies and sabotage to come out triumphant.

In a tweet here, Lokesh expressed concern that CM Jagan Reddy was trying to transform Andhra Pradesh into a ‘begging bowl’. The Government was bent on finishing off one industry after another. Already, the constitutional institutions and systems were under non-stop attack ever since the YSRCP came to power.

Nara Lokesh, in another tweet, said the Ukraine-Russia faceoff was an unwanted situation at a time when humanity was already grappling with the Covid-19 pandemic. World will be a better place if only there is peace.

Following the tense situation, the NRI TDP Cell will extend support to all the Telugus stranded in Ukraine. It will coordinate with the Embassies, State and Central Governments to ensure wellbeing and follow up with their evacuation and aid supplies.

Telugus in Ukraine can call NRI TDP Cell Hotline +91 8645350888. You can also Email to nritdpservices@gmail.com or Whatsapp to +91 8950674837 by providing name, phone number, address in Ukraine, passport details and contact details of parents in India.
