-Demands arrest of Gudivada Gaddam Gang
-Soil mafia sponsored by ex Minister
-‘Casino Star’ stepping up illegal activities
AMARAVATI: TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh on Friday accused the ruling YSRCP leaders of attacking even the Government officials if they tried to stop their illegal and corrupt activities.
Lokesh condemned the latest YSRCP attack on the revenue staff at Moturu village in Gudivada mandal of Krishna district. Revenue inspector Aravind had a narrow escape from the attack by the Gudivada ‘Gaddam Gang’ which was behind the soil mafia there.
In a statement here, Nara Lokesh said the YCP goons went to the extent of threatening to run a JCB over the revenue staff if they obstructed their illegal soil mining. The midnight attack was undoubtedly sponsored by ‘Gaddam Gang’. The Government officials were receiving life threats as well from the ruling party goons these days.
Lokesh said till yesterday, the ruling YSRCP leaders tortured the people, opposition parties leaders and people’s organisatins with the help of the Government officials and the police. From now on, the Government officials were also being targetted. It was high time that the police realised that they too would become victimised by the ruling party mafia soon.
Nara Lokesh demanded immediate action against the Gaddam Gang that posed a life threat to the Gudivada revenue staff. All necessary protection should be provided to the Government officials and staff engaged in preventing land and soil mafia activities.
The TDP MLC asked whether giving life threats to officials was the ‘vishwaroopam’ (show of strength) that the Gudivada former minister threatened to reveal to the people. The time had come for the Government officials to rescue their own lives from the YSRCP goondas. The ‘Casino Star’ seemed to have started stepping up his illegal activities after losing his portfolio.
Lokesh said this Chief Minister was the kind of a leader who would only betray and ditch even the officials despite their all out support to his frauds and scams. The Government should arrest the Gaddam Gang boss for attacking the revenue staff.
Nara Lokesh deplored that it was with the active support of the Chief Minister that the ruling party mafia was perpetrating attacks on all sections of the State.
