Haven’t the Leaders of the YSRCP partyy known about Jagan Mohan Reddy who is in the habit of carrying false details about accounts to Delhi with lies like illegitimate Account of Revenue Deficit for the year 2014-15 and Polavaram Project Cost for approval where the same party alleged corruption for 20,000 Crores in R&R Package when they are in opposition? What about the claim of reduce Project Cost as savings to the Government with Reverse Tendering?
Isn’t it true that Jagan Mohan Reddy Government added Rs 3 lakh crore to Rs 8 lakh crore in state debt after 2019 without future revenue generating assets to the State? Where these funds availed through debts poured and Is it untrue that economists say that the revised debt ratio with the AP Gross State Domestic product has crossed 70%? After careful examination of the facts, The Center has slashed Rs 17,923 crore in new debts of the Andhra Pradesh government on excess borrowing in the 2020-21 financial year. Whether the state incur another Rs 18,000 crore in debt beyond the eligible limit in the financial year 2021-22 , or not? Further, The state finance minister should have been asked by the YSRCP Leaders for details on whether the CAG had questioned over the state’s financial management.
As far as the financial management of the Central Government is concerned, transactions would be done in accordance with the accounting regulations with prescribed standards and there is no possibility of diversion and misappropriation of funds unlike in the State of Andhra Pradesh by the present Government. Before speaking about Union Government Finance and Debts, YSRCP Leaders shall understand the fact, that Central Government has 601 billion USD foreign exchange reserves in it’s kitty and the State Government has no business in the reflection of Defence, External affairs expenditure and Trade Account impact, Where as the attitude of the State Government impacts the Revenues of the Union Government too.
Unlike Jagan Mohan Reddy Government in AP with attitude of diverting the budget revenue in the state to corporations in voilation of Article 293 for raising debts, Narendra Modi led Union Government priority is the creation of future income-generating assets like Three lakh crore rupees worth of assets ready for Monetization with NHAI. The progress in the construction of road, rail, public utility services and industrial infrastructure in the country in the high paced manner in the last 8 years of Narendra Modi led Union Government.
The truth is AP gets over Rs 30 thousand Crores worth of funds got in 3 years from Union Government under MNREGA alone to create rural employment, But there is an incompetency in the State Government of AP that even it hadn’t paid dues outstanding though the UnionGovernment had released funds. In addition to it, though the Central Government has approved to set up 80 Medical Collages in the country, in which AP alone got 3 in the first phase and in second phase out of 70 Medical Collages that we can get as maximum as possible, if Jagan Mohan Reddy led YSRCP Government is active. Further, the Central Government had granted more than Rs 20 lakh Houses for poor under PMAY, the state government does not build fast and it hasn’t not handed over the completed houses to the beneficiaries so far.
Jagan Mohan Reddy led YSRCP shall give answers to the following questions:
Is the Debt amounts are pouring in drain by AP without public accountability, and the Central Government has opened a public welfare and development account in the country for Quality output in services. It needs to give a clarification that Who is politicizing the in the name of castes and religions and who is promoting conversions in the state? And Who is bothering the opposition parties with cases and physical attacks in the states?, Has security in the state deteriorated, or not?, How will new jobs come if the industrialists are fleeing adversely on the reverse rule in the state? YS JAGAN Mohan unable to attract investments with his attitude.
Though Jagan tell the trufth about the Polavaram project corruption when He was in opposion, What is the present stand of him on it? Whether the funds released by the Union Government had diverted, or not? My straight question is that, Why are AYUSHMAN Bharat funds being used if there is Arogyasree in AP? and arrears payables to the ArogyaSri hospitals are mounting which is lacking the medical treatment for the poor.
It would be advisable for the state Finance Minister to submit a White Paper on the state’s Financial Situation, particularly on Debts.
